“While traveling through to Estes Park we needed to get some work done on our motor home. After being let down by another RV shop who said it would take several weeks to get a part, and estimated it would cost me an arm and a leg, II called D M RV. First the lady who answered the phone was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable about RVs. She asked if I could bring my RV in and she would have one of their techs take a look. Once at there shop I was greeted warmly and friendly. She went over my concerns about the unit and went in the shop and had a tech take a look at it. The tech came in the office after about 15 minutes and stated he could get it fixed with no problem. I asked him how many days it would take as we were on vacation. He told me that if I wanted to go and get a bite to eat with the family he should have it done before we get back. We were gone a little over an hour and when we got back the he and another tech were just finishing up the work. Slider worked great, gas leak taken care of and the cost was a fraction of what I was estimated at the other RV shop. Thanks to all the staff at D M RV for taking such good care of the family and I. And our trip to Estes Park was amazing.”

“Daughter’s steering wheel locked and key wouldn’t turn. Unable to unlock it. Started tear g apart steering column but got stuck with bolts she couldn’t access. I'm out of state. Called J. Mobile Mechanic and told him the situation. He said he had three jobs left and then would get to her either that evening or the next morning. Talked to him again and he said he just had someone else with same issue and referred me to a locksmith who would be able to get to her quicker.it was, in fact, the locking pin in the ignition that broke. He said sometimes it happens with age/use (it’s an ‘02). Though I did not use J’s service, I appreciate his kindness and honesty. That alone goes a long way in today’s world. Thank you!!!! “These guys were awesome! From the moment i called to the moment they left the driveway from finishing the repairs! They were super professional yet personal and honest. I feel like it’s hard to find honest people in this industry sometimes, at least from my experience! So it was refreshing to have these guys do our repair work. We had a broken awning arm that we had to battle warranty to replace and these guys went above and beyond to help us get that taken care of. And we have a super pain in the butt slide system that another repair man broke prior, that they fixed so fast and in such a smart way and no further damage was caused by them. It was a huge task and they killed it. They both were easy to talk to and friendly and very honest. I highly recommend them for any repairs you have. We are grateful to have had them do our repairs and will be working with them again to order some more parts and any future repairs we have. Trust me when i say these guys are who you want to hire!”
