“Fantastic Dentist and wonderful Staff. Every time I go for a cleaning it is performed in a timely and efficient manner and I definitely walk out with a brighter smile! My favorite thing about the office is, I saw a crack in my tooth and left a message for staff to call me back (it was a Friday and they were closed) on Monday I received a call back stating there was a cancellation and they could get me in! I went right over and Dr. Reya Weeks not only fixed my crack PERFECTLY but also fixed a chip I had on a lower tooth. Made sure all my teeth were smooth and not jagged. My teeth definitely look better than they did before! Been coming to this office for about 10 years or so and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth other than these ladies! Thank you so much for the exceptional treatment every time!”

However, don't try to make your payments online through 4YOURSERVICE, because they can't get it to work if you have more than one child. I've been trying to have my second son added to my account, and they can't do it. Office workers say Technical Support has to do it. Technical support is not helpful.”

“Wow! Who would have thunk it. Recently moved to Florida and haven’t had time to get a Dentist. As luck would have it, a molar had an abscess causing unbearable pain. It was a Sunday, on Labor Day weekend. Called a number of Dentists, who claimed to have emergency services, however, no luck, unless you are already a patient. THEN, I called Dr. David Hazan’s office and he saw me within an hour, on a Sunday. He provided me with immediate relief. He not only has a great touch, but performs General Dentistry & Dental Implants. He does it ALL! He will now be my Highly Skilled One-Stop Dentist. “In December I got into a terrible incident that left me broken hearted.. Panicked.. And with 5 broken teeth! I was in a high state of emergency when my mom came across plaza north dentistry. I'm forever grateful that they were willing to take me at 10pm and work on me until 1 in the morning. It has taken several painful surgerys but im finally looking and feeling like myself again! He did an absolutly AMAZING job on my teeth! I'm a singer and was so afraid I'd never look the same again..I am so blessed to have this team in my life and would recommend them to ANYONE!! “My husband and I went to this place for two years until I switched jobs and my new dental wasn't in network anymore. I had Cigna when oak port was in network, and the staff was always very professional, polite, and informative. Maggie, the scheduling receptionist though I'm sure she handles far more than just scheduling, was always very responsive and on top of things. She always remembered my days off and paid attention to any notes in my file about preferred scheduling times. Most the time someone answered, and anytime I left a voicemail it got returned. When I had issues with my insurance giving me the go around on some things, the dental office always tried to help. Maggie is very knowledgeable about the In's and Outs of insurance. The office was understanding of my situation and needs. And when dental emergencies came up they tried their best to get me in quickly. They also only schedule who they actually have time for. I've had large more commercial like dental offices over schedule and make people wait hours past appointed time (and the large dental places that do that must feel rushed and I worry the quality of work suffers). This place never did that. They got me in and out quickly in a reasonable time. The place is clean and professional and the people are amazing.”

I hadn't seen a dentist in about 6 years before last week and both of my last experiences were memorable, but not in a good way. They did a great job with my cleaning and referred me to an oral surgeon who takes my insurance so that I can finally be pain free.
