“We have a vacation home in Orlando. I noticed when I pulled into the yard that the generator had a red light on and an error code. I had the unit installed a few years back, and when we called the company that installed it, they said that they couldn’t come out for three weeks to look at it. I was heading back north and needed it looked at before I left. I went on the Generac web site and searched service companies in the area. DIX had great reviews on there, so I gave them a call. No answer, but I got a email right away and a call back within an hour. They were at my house the next day and were able to quickly fix the problem. They ran a few tests and the generators is working great. I went ahead and got on their annul service plan and they come out twice a year to make sure I am not without power when the lights go out. I would highly recommend them.”
