Jim Marshall, goes about and beyond the expectations of being an employee at State Farm. My concerns became his, he’s a good listener and answers my questions with conviction! I have been with this agency since 2012 and satisfied with the excellent customer services. Dana help me increase my coverage and protection for little money. I have had pleasure of working with both Brooke and Tim who took great care of me after my car was totaled in 2013, without hesitation!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Dana today. She helped with situate my insurance and helped with obtain renters insurance which gave me additional savings every month! She was an absolute pleasure to talk to and very personable. She was not pushy and guided me in the right direction. She was Very knowledgeable and the whole process was easy. 5 stars for me!!! Highly recommend her and this office!

A few months ago my husband and I had switched our vehicle insurance to SF and dealt with Brenda Ford and she couldn’t had been more helpful & kind.
And because of her professionalism my husband decided to call her back recently and get some life insurance so then i decided to as well - so we made sure to speak with Brenda again..
She was very informative and was able to answer all of our questions, very pleased customers !!!
