Sherry's team (my favorites were Eric and Pete) resurfaced my pool with a pebble finish. Her team was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and just plain wonderful. Because of delays through Covid and Supply Chain, I had time to overthink my choices of tiles, step markers, and the color of the pebble finish. Sherry and Kristen were very patient and responsive to my request. Every question and concern that I had, both during and after the resurfacing process was answered and addressed. They truly make sure that everything is right. Look at the before and after pictures.

Kind of like the Publix of pool stores...a little pricey, but great service, friendly staff and my go to place for honest professional pool expertise!👍😎💯

I recently purchased a pool heater from Pinch A Penny. I ended up asking to exchange the unit, for a quieter model. Grateful that Sherry was so accommodating. The installers were professional, competent, and thorough! While I am delighted with the new system, I was very impressed with the customer service I received throughout the process, along with receiving support by a well informed staff...with strong product knowledge. This made the major purchase a breeze? Shout out to Sherry for her flexibility and support, and to Dave, who addressed all of my questions with ease. The installers were awesome and arrived on time! In approximately 2/19, after contacting a half dozen pool contractors to receive estimates for a new pool interior and all related equipment I chose Sherry at our local Pinch A Penny because of her extensive knowledge on the entire process ( we were having the pool deck re-done as well and she was emphatic about having that done AFTER the pool interior was completed ). They were not the least expensive nor the highest but Sherry made all the difference. Sherry makes a very involved, complicated process surprisingly smooth and as near stress free as possible. From choosing the tiles to the waterfall ledge color to the style of pool interior lights. She makes sure all the various jobs complete on schedule and she only represents quality products.
2/2/22- Most recently the pool filter pump sounded like a bearing was starting to fail. Sherry had her mechanic stop by to confirm it and the filter pump was replaced the following day. Excellent company with excellent service and professionally skilled personnel.
