The facility is new, clean and well lit. Mark is super helpful, friendly and made sure I knew how to work and access everything. The process was super easy: I reserved online and within 15 min. I had the keys to our unit. In addition to that, pricing is very reasonable. Overall great experience.

We moved to the area last July and rented 3 storage units at the St. Johns Parkway location. Customer service started off very rocky, but in a few months Mark took over as manager. It seemed like a different company when Mark took over! He is very nice, the storage units are clean, and the customer service is outstanding! I'm happy to be out of our 3 units but would not hesitate to rent here again!

The storage units are the cleanest I have ever seen. The lighting and temperature are perfect and all working well. The locks made me feel that my belongings were safe and secure.

The storage unit and complex were very clean! I was a customer for 10 months and was satisfied with my experience. I felt comfortable going there as everything was secure. None of the belongings were damaged despite sitting mainly dormant over the 10 month period. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend using this storage complex!

Very impressed and satisfied with store space. The facility is extremely clean (the manager, Mark, takes great pride in his store and its cleanliness), well lit, and very secure. As a woman, I feel safe coming to my unit any time of day. And Mark made check-in super easy and efficient. He is always there to help if you need anything and remembers his customers by name. Highly recommend this place and I will personally use it for any of my future storage needs.
