My husband and I have been with insurance concept for many years and Lisa and her team have been more then helpful when needed. I live in Fl and as many of you may well be aware that Homeowners Insurance has skyrocketed. Our yearly went from over 2,000 a year to over $5,000 a year due to escrow shortage.. our mortgage went from 1600 per month to 2064 a month.. we panicked.
I immediately called Lise at insurance concept and she of course reached out to insurance companies.
Bottom line she saved us $3,000 a year with a flat 100,000 deductible for any damages including hurricanes. Mortgage went from $2064 to $1500 heck what a savings..
Our previous insurance charged us 2% for Hurrocane damages and we all know how susceptible Florida is to Hurricanes .. To top it all our previous insurance sent us a heft check to get our escrow up to lar and a very nice left over cash for us..
