Palm Valley Family Dentistry

After dealing with the much less than satisfactory Sawgrass Complete Dentistry, I was amazed at the quality of the operation at Palm Valley Family Dentistry. Beautiful office (much larger than it looks), phenomenal staff. As opposed to be hustled through the process as usually done at Sawgrass Complete Dentistry, I was more than pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness and time spent. Extremely professional, no rush, took plenty of time with me. Kelly, my hygienist, and Dr. Yoder exhibited care and concern that was over the top. So, so glad I've moved on to this practice. Can't recommend them more highly.

Pardon the headline, but rest assured, this is a top-notch practice. The office staff is friendly, efficient and thorough, the dental techs are total pros and both dentists are really, really good at their practice.... and nice people. I highly recommend them and am confident you won't find a better set of dental professionals in our area.

After my first urgent visit with Dr Yoder, I knew I had found a great dentist! Thank you Penny for working so hard to fit me in. I am new to the practice, but already know that the whole staff is just amazing.
Update: Had my first cleaning yesterday with Amber. She was great as is the rest of the practice.

I cannot fully express just how highly I recommend Palm Valley Family Dentistry! Every single person I have interacted with has gone above and beyond to be kind and to make my experience a good one. My dental hygienist, Sarah, not only was incredibly kind, just like everyone else in the practice, she also was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and helpful in sharing useful tricks with me. Even when she didn’t have an exact answer for me she was comfortable enough to tell me that it was a good question that I should bring up with Dr. Pucillo. That brings me to Dr. Pucillo, throughout my entire visit, she was very personable and took the time to talk with me and answer any remaining questions that I had. I also felt that she did a very thorough job looking at my teeth and is clearly very adept at the work she does!

I always have a great experience here, do not listen to the 1 star review from V, who was not able to arrive to their scheduled appointment on time. I receive a call a few days before confirming my time, and even a text 1 hour prior which is great! Life happens and we all know we get into things. I always arrive 20 minutes before my appointment, the entire team is great with time management and makes me feel like my time is just as valuable as theirs.
