(March 25, 2022, 10:15 pm)The owner/manager, Fernando, has exceptional customer relations skills. I shared with him a concern that I had about an employee whom I believed that been dishonest. First, he apologized. (Good start.) Second, he politely asked for details and then diplomatically shared information that changed my perspective on what had occurred. Third, even though I may have been wrong, he remedied the "error," and then provided coupons for a free deli meal, coffee, and ice cream. He was incredibly nice. Well done, sir!
(December 14, 2018, 6:36 pm)Exceptional customer service! They treat you here as a family. Always clean and smiley place. Gas prices are on the law end. They have a car wash and free air machine!!! What else you need!!
(March 30, 2018, 6:08 pm)I love the Shell Daily’s around the beaches area. So much nicer than 99% of other gas station convenience stores nationwide. They keep their staff so you can really get to know them. Great coffee - the Southern Pecan is my favorite anywhere.
