The staff is friendly and welcoming. I see Dr. Pantin and Lisa for all of my primary care needs. They’re so kind and compassionate. They seem to really care about their patients and that means a lot to me. I’m so glad I found them when I moved from Hawaii.

Dr. Pantin is the best PCP I have ever been to and that’s saying something coming from a 65 year old😊 She is a lovely person and astute practitioner. She partners with you to help you reach your goals. She truly cares and treats you (and her staff)with dignity and respect. She is a rare find.

Was nervous about finding a new PCP here in Florida after moving from Pittsburgh, but this new location was perfect and right by home! Extremely clean facilities, super friendly staff (the front desk lady helped me fill out forms when I was running late and was very patient with my questions), and doctor Balog was awesome! He was very professional, friendly, and really showed that he cares about his patients. Even though it was just fluid in an ear canal, he took the time to pull up a picture and show me exactly what the problem was and what steps I needed to take to fix it. Hope this place never changes!
