“My husband and I recently bought a townhome for our daughter. We have made many improvements over the last few weeks so we have made multiple trips to Home Depot. Tonight we went to buy a hot water heater. Thomas was so very helpful and kind. He had a young guy named Josh I believe helping him. It was wonderful watching Josh listen intently to everything Thomas was saying about hot water heaters. Thomas was not only very knowledgeable in plumbing, he also demonstrated exactly how to provide excellent customer service. Bella was very helpful when we checked out. She even helped load our truck. I’m not sure if it’s just the Home Depot’s in Jacksonville that have been so friendly and helpful lately but whoever has enforced these new changes needs a raise!”

And the amazing thing is that I came here just when they were closing for lunch (they are short staffed) and couldn’t actually provide me the service I wanted. “Danielle in the grooming department is fantastic; she did a wonderful job on my 2 labs. They both signed up for a seabed treatment and I let her know the one has allergies to almost anything- she suggested a deep scrub for his skin (I would’ve never known they even offer that if she hadn’t suggested it). She did excellent on their teeth, and their coat is all trimmed up nicely. She even took the time to get me signed up on the app so I saved 10% on our visit (which we all know the upkeep of dogs can get pricey). I highly recommend having Danielle groom your pets! She’ll do an excellent job.”

With this specific model we ended up buying a model we placed only 10" away from the TV as there is an upper vent on top of it allowing to disperse the heat. Everything looks very awesome with all the lights changing (there are some pictures enclosed). We also had a great experience afterwards when Jim and his son were very responsive servicing and clarifying a couple of doubts we had. They truly care about their clients and products.
