Michaels' Plumbing - Licensed and Insured company st Augustine

Never used Mike before, but after today I will definitely call him again. He was fantastic and when I most needed him. Fast and professional. Made a difficult faucet install look easy.

Installation was done properly. What I really liked is that he offered a year warranty for the work and the equipment installed. Had an issue within the first month, and when I contacted him he honored his word and had someone out within a day or so. The repair was minor but I appreciated it very much. Would use him again for any future projects.

Mike was quick to answer my call and able to service my home the same day. He was polite and courteous, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Michael's Plumbing !!!

We’ve been using Michael for about 6 yrs now and alway had a positive experience.
We tried another company before finding Michael and it was a larger, corporate owned local company that sent two people, billed twice as much and low quality work while they’re employees just complained how much they disliked the owners.
So when using Michael’s just remember, your dealing with a professional owner operator type business and he stands behind his name and work.
Michael stayed here late the other night, way past dinner time to do some additional work we requested, he gladly stayed, didn’t bill an (after hours charge) like everyone else and did an outstanding job on soldering a new Roman tub valve in a tight space without ripping apart walls or tiles.

We’re relocating to North Carolina soon and sadly will have to find new service people, I’m pretty sure Michael will be coming for a visit in the mountains if and when we need a plumber LoL.
I would gladly have him as a guest if he would travel to do work for us.

You just can’t find good, trustworthy people anymore.

We had a foundation leak and needed a hot/cold full repiping done. We called different plumbers for estimates. Not only was Michael's the most affordable but they went above and beyond what all the other plumbers said they would do. One quoted five days work while Michael's quoted 2 days and was done in only 2 days. Actually less than two days. They also only had to make two drywall cutouts while other companies said there would be many many cuts. For the cherry on top, after Michael's Plumbing was finished, they actually sent a cleaning crew in to clean up all the areas that they were in. Very very professional and super friendly. The whole crew was very nice and knowledgeable not to mention punctual. I would recommend Michael's to anyone: family, friend or stranger. Thank you Michael's Plumbing.
