This facility is always clean and has an excellent variety of equipment. They offer function fitness classes for those who want a more intense, coached class. I personally love the cryotherapy and the option to have a monthly membership for cryo. The owner is very personable and has made every effort to keep clients safe during COVID. One of the nicest gyms I have ever walked in to!

Best gym in St. Augustine, without a doubt. 24 hour access AND reasonable prices. Plenty of equipment to suit every need; dumbbells, barbells, treadmills, cycles, cable machine, you name it they’ve got it. The staff are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable; if you’ve got a question about a machine they’re always around to help. Clean facilities too! I really can’t speak highly enough about the place.

This is my favorite gym that I have ever belonged to! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and neat. Brandon and his team truly care about your fitness goals and overall wellness.

The classes are what keep me coming back even when I don’t feel like going to the gym because they are challenging and fun.

The best deal is the unlimited monthly Cryotherapy package. I have been doing it for 1 month and am already seeing amazing results. After a session I have increased energy that stays with me throughout the day. I’ve noticed that the time it takes me to recover from workouts is less and my chronic knee and shoulder pain has decreased dramatically. St. Augustine is lucky to have such a great place to workout.
