  Had a fitting with Jim a month ago. The fit was incredibly thorough. Coming into the fit I would experience tightness in my back, soreness on my left hip, and occasional numbness in my arms on longer rides. I was a mess. I have been riding for a month since the fit, numbness gone, tight back is loose, and left hip has not been sore since. I am riding faster, longer, and with the same average heart rate. Jim has greatly improved my cycling experience. Thanks Jim, see you on the road.

  Thorough and knowledgeable. Fitted me for my Trek Speed Concept SLR 7 2023. I already feel and see the difference in my riding comfort and speed. I was humbled by Jim's expertise and knowledge in bike fitting and triathlon training. Highly recommend for those needing a fit or looking for what type of bike fits them best.

  I recently had my bike fitted by Jim and was blown away by his expertise and professionalism. He used state-of-the-art equipment to perfectly fit the bike to my unique physique, taking his time to explain every measurement and its significance. Jim's years of experience were evident in his knowledge and advice on training, and I have no doubt that any level of cyclist would benefit from his services. Five stars all around!"

  Had a very thorough fit with Jim recently prior to a new bike purchase, and left with confidence that the measurements produced for the ideal bike fit will translate to several options across manufacturers. The fit allows for an apples to apples comparisons when I move on to test rides to identify my next bike purchase. I highly recommend Jim to those looking for a quality fit. Not only is he knowledgeable with many years of experience, he is very approachable and his love for what he does comes through in the session. The time flew by and I had a great afternoon with Jim during the appointment.

  Jim worked with me 2 weeks ago and spent 3 plus hours with me. He is very knowledgeable and his use of motion capture technology is much better than a fitter just watching you and asking you to stop in mid stroke to measure your angles. He genuinely is trying to improve your performance on the bike while getting your input to get you to that goal. He starts by asking you of your riding abilities and goals along with any injuries or conditions you may have. I am still getting use to the changes he made to my bike but my power numbers are significantly higher since the fit and the comfort on my saddle is improved. I fully recommend Jim.
