I started out there just wanting to be in better health and my thought it would be like my other experiences of your trainer helps for the time your there and that’s it. These guys are different. They go the extra mile. They’re there to help you meet your goals and then some if you want it their friendly, caring, professionals that make you feel like a part of their fitness community.

It's hard to find a gym environment that provides a sense of community with trainers that dedicate themselves to helping you achieve whatever your fitness goals are. Ken and Jackson make working out accessible and enjoyable whether you are looking for a good power class or personal training! I am always glad I stumbled onto the LTS/ Fenix family and would recommend them to anyone!

(November 18, 2021, 10:54 am)I began training with Jackson at Phoenix fitness with my sister a few months ago. Since joining Phoenix, we have seen great results from only 2 DAYS of exercise a week. I saw muscles become prominent and my body looking slimmer in the matter of just a month. Not to mention how amazing the trainers are!!! You walk into that gym with your whole life on your back and leave so ready to try again. I have gone in several times, stressed out about life and left with this euphoric feeling of success. Our trainer, Jackson, has a great relationship with us and helps us feel like we are at a safe space while we achieve our physical goals. Even if it’s a process, it’s overwhelmingly enjoyable to go. I always look forward to it!!!
