Brooks Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic - St. Johns

I finished my therapy with Jessica Finley in November. She was a wonderful therapist! I founder her to be compassionate and attentive. More importantly, she is a good listener and very observant. She seemed to know before I did if an exercise was not working for whatever reason. She was quick to remedy with an alternative course of action and observant of my body queues. She kept it fun and interesting using a variety of exercises. She is communicative and promotes communication with her sweet, good-natured, gentle and fun personality. I don’t hesitate in recommending her!! Thanks Jessica — and, yes, I’m still doing my home exercises 🙂

I recently completed PT after having the strayer procedure done. Jessica Finley, was my therapist and my experience with her was absolutely fantastic!

I knew when I first met Jessica, that I was going to enjoy my physical therapy experience. Why? My consultation appointment was two days after my surgery. When she called me back for my consultation, I slowly got up from my chair and started hobbling to her in my walking boot. She instantly asked, “problems with your shoulder?” I started laughing and knew she was going to make my PT program fun.

My six weeks of treatment consisted of intense sessions that helped me get my mobility back. Jessica pushed me when I needed it, listened to the challenges I was having and instantly came up with a plan on how to work on those challenges. Her fun personality, terrible dad jokes and dedication to helping me get my mobility back really made each PT session fun. I thought I was going to hate PT, but I honestly looked forward to my sessions. I have full mobility back and can do all the activities I could do before my injury. I’m forever grateful to Jessica and if I ever need PT again, I’ll request her. I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you, Jessica!

My son (4) completed physical therapy for ankle hypomobility with Cassandra. She was great and really helped him. It takes a lot of patience to work with him and she did wonderful. He looked forward to every session because to him it was more like play time than hard work. He's falling less and that is a huge improvement.

I ended up requiring therapy myself for neck issues and worked with Tia. Not only did she help me a ton with the referred shoulder pain, she made the visits enjoyable.

Overall, I highly recommend this location for all of your therapy needs 💗😊

My daughter has been going to Brooks for speech therapy for about two years and honestly I couldn't be more satisfied. Ms. Taylor is truly a great soul. My daughter is treated with so much love by the entire staff starting from the front desk. I really could not have asked for better ppl. All the therapists are really nice and do such a wonderful job making you feel welcomed. I would recommend that office to anyone in need of therapy, they truly have your best interest at heart.
