Terrific experience with Mike! He has about 30 years' experience in the industry, all in NE Florida, so he knows this region in-and-out. I am very confident I would not be in my house--which I LOVE--without the expert way Mike structured our offer to the seller. We beat out nine other offers and closed with no issues whatsoever.
