Very happy with the service I received. I was referred here by multiple family members and was not disappointed. Larry was very helpful in resolving issues with my 2006 Prius. At every turn, He and Michelle kept me informed of my options, the timeline, etc. Only downside is Turn 9 only works on Asian vehicles so I am not able to have my other vehicle serviced here.
I have a Mitsubishi and always something needing repair. Only 2 dealerships and both almost an hour away. After very frustrating service at these faraway dealers, a neighbor told me about Larry at Turn 9 and that he'd been a mechanic at Mitsubishi and was a certified mechanic with years of experience. Brought my car there and Larry was very conscientious and thorough. Had had terrible trouble with the boots on my front axles. Would replace one and another would go. So Larry found axels with lifetime warranties. Problem solved. Every detail I needed checking, he did, and even replaced clips that had fallen off in the undercarriage. For the first time since I bought the car, I feel like I don't have to baby it and constantly worry what else might be wrong. And he's only ten minutes away, right off 210w across from the neighborhood with the giant lagoon pool. Will be taking this car and any future cars to Larry. Will be a Toyota or an Acura next time. Very well made cars. This is my last Mitsubishi.
Larry and Michelle are awesome. Larry has been servicing my 2 Honda’s for the past 9 years - my 2006 Accord has 287,000 miles on it now and is still going strong, thanks to his expertise. Michelle is wonderful with all the admin stuff.
Great service, fair prices, nice people. I have referred several friends to them.
Have a 2011 Toyota Rav4 from the Midwest (think snow and salt). After an initial evaluation from the Toyota dealership...who I will say were very nice...the air went out and brakes seemed not responsive as one would expect. Took back to them and the process just seemed to keep tacking on additional charges one upon the other to diagnose and still not fix. Found Larry and his wife here at Turn9. Went over the car and analysis, did a thorough job, and fixed each item. Gave us a perspective on what to expect down the line and when. All of this for a reasonable price. Would take my cars here any time. I have to laugh because they are the only store font there that does not have a large sign above their doors.
