First City Helicopters

I was a little hesitant about spending the money, but it was well worth it. I’m so glad we went!! We’ve been going to St. Augustine for 20 years and came across this idea when looking for new things to try. Amazing way to see the city. We chose the 15 min Anastasia and Old Downtown option. Our pilot Nicole was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed flying with her. Awesome experience. We would definitely go again.

The pilot took time to explain everything we needed to know, before we took off. She gave an awesome tour, and even took pics for us. She was not in a rush to get us through the tour. She has lots of experience in flying. We took the most popular tour, and it's awesome!

Booked a tour on short notice on July 4. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The tour was excellent - great for kids and adults. I liked it so much - I sent other family members for a sunset tour three days later. They LOVED it. We will definitely be back!

I have been petrified of flying until I went on my first helicopter ride today with my mom and my son. Ben helped ease my mind so much and is a great photographer! LOL

Shalena was so knowledgeable and the ride was wonderful. They were both very warm and welcoming. Can’t wait for our next helicopter adventure! We all LOVED it.

We had a great time yesterday on our ocean experience ride with Nicole piloting the little yellow helicopter! Nicole was very skilled and safe at operating the aircraft and happily answered any questions we had about the ocean and the surrounding areas of land. We would definitely choose another tour and would love to have Nicole as our pilot sometime in the future! It was a pleasant surprise to learn that she came from Utah like us!
