I have been a patient here for a while now. Over the past few months it has gotten better. All the positive changes to Ace Medical have been fantastic!
I would highly recommend them to anyone. The staff is very professional and friendly. As a patient now, you are seen in a very timely manner. I no longer dread my trips to the Dr’s office. Ashley and Christy are little rays of sunshine 🌞. Always smiling and very helpful.
The new remodeling has the clinic looking fresh and brand new! The new staff has it running like a well oiled machine! NO WAIT TIME! AND THE NEW DOCTOR is str8 to the point and his treatments have improved the life quality of many patients in the couple of months he has taken over the office- PAIN MANAGEMENT AND THE INTERNAL PCP- ITS A BLESSING FOR SURE!! A definite 5 stars to the St Augustine Ace location and employee ZURI because she went above and beyond to make sure my Prior Auth was completed with my Insurance as well as the Office Staff at Ace Medical on Dunn Ave . We need more Medical Employees like all of these ladies in the medical field . These Ladies truly make a difference .
