The camp sites are nice sized. They all have a nice picnic table and fire pit. We stayed in the Oasis section which is considered the newer section. All sites in this section are either concrete or brick. The pool is small for a campground this size. The office staff are nice. But the manager isn't very friendly. We witnessed him fussing at an older lady parked next to the pool. Poor lady was so embarrassed. There are no "no parking" signs whatsoever. Per him, the pool parking area is on the other side of clubhouse, which can't even be seen from the pool. So if there is a designated parking and non parking areas, they need to post signs.

Nice park, we had a very spacious site, site 135. I used the laundry and workout facilities which were both clean. The Wi-Fi is terrible for those of us that are remote employees and hot spots were not great either. Good location for visiting St. Augustine and the surrounding areas. Minimal noise from our site.

We stayed in the Oasis area of the campground in early April. Beautiful section with spacious, paved sites. Bathhouses we’re immaculate. Nice private bathroom with shower. We loved it here so much we booked two weeks next year. Nice dog parks; one small one large. The only problem we had is on our last night two aggressive Dalmatians who were in the dog park. The owners did not have control of them and we had to leave with our golden retriever. Otherwise it was a very nice visit.

First class greeting and a golf cart escorted us to our site. Well maintained and 15 minutes to St Augustine and 10 min to Publix. Friendly campers, enjoyed Friday night fire, liked live music on Saturday night, and good laundry. Two dog parks were excellent. Public beach for dogs, waking, riding bikes, and driving on the beach is 20 min away.
