We had items stored here for 5 years (including 2 hurricanes) and our items were safe, dry, secure for the entire time. Payment was easily automated and moveout was simple when the time came.

Great place! Super clean. There is a super nice guy from Virginia running the front. This guy deserves a raise. He knocked out my paperwork extremely quick and made the entire process super easy.

Very professional and efficient. Moving anything has inherent stress and the management at 312 Self-Storage doesn't add to it...in fact they make things smooth. I appreciate their hospitable manner while maintaining a safe, clean and sound property. I will absolutely recommend this business...as it came recommended to me from friends that also rent storage space there.

On Saturday July 2nd I stopped in with a loaded truck desperate for a storage. Cindy the manager actually stayed late so she could accommodate me. She was just so sweet! When I got there she took me to see the only 2 units they had left. One was too small and the other I was worried I could afford every month. So Cindy actually left me her personal cell phone and was willing to meet me the next morning after I had time to decide. She was willing to meet me at 8 on Sunday morning to help me. The only day her husband has off to beat that! She's so real. So sweet. To the owners of 312 storage you're very lucky to have a gal like ms Cindy. Not too many people would treat your business in the manner in which you would. She's great!
