They were excellent from start to finish! The first time I had contact with the office about setting up an appt. I could tell they were caring and professional, and continued to be throughout the entire process. Every person I interacted with really went above and beyond to be helpful and it was much appreciated during a very uncertain, anxious time for me. The morning after my CT scan was done they had the completed report with images on the patient portal and I was able to view it and find out the results, which was a great relief knowing no serious problems were found. The cost for the procedure was reasonable and less than I expected, which was also a pleasant surprise since I don't have insurance and it was an out-of-pocket expense. Another plus is that their office and waiting room is beautifully furnished and relaxing which helps you feel more at ease when you come in. I would recommend and use them again in the future if needed.

Had an MRI there. I am very claustrophobic and was pretty sure I couldn’t get through it ( I’ve had others in another state) Allison was wonderful! She was kind, understanding and kept me informed. It was a good experience and I’m so grateful

The staff is very friendly and courteous. They were all masking as well as I adhered to the sign on the door to wear a mask. Much to my confusion, the ultrasound staff did not wear masks and they are within 6 feet of me during my exam. This makes zero sense. The people the front desk wear a mask to fight being behind the plastic barrier but yet this provider does not require their employees to be masked in order to protect us as customers?
