The service I got from Dan was excellent. He was considerate and caring. He explained and answered our questions. He was knowledgeable and he understood our needs. Definitely a valuable employee!

Dj was so awesome I've had such a bad experience with t mobile he even stay after the store was closed to make sure all 4 of our phone and 2 watches we're up and running. He is the reason we switched over to att and he's great with kids. We appreciate someone who can understand the struggle and help anyway he can to make the transition smoother

Michael is the best rep your store could ever employ! Knowledgeable, courteous, attentive, respectful, kind, and helpful to the utmost! AT&T should be grateful that he works for you! Never let him go! We could not have had anyone better to help us with all the issues we brought in, never expecting them to get resolved quickly and effectively, with added discounts and great products. Stopped in here for a drink. Lady at the counter was nice, and the Coke tasted fine! I guess the other reviews were on bad days. Would stop again.
