“I purchased a 2022 cart from John and Dale and I must say they made the process beyond easy with no pressure. From the financing to finding out that the cart wouldn’t fit in my garage, they took care of it all. I saw a few negative reviews around honoring the warranty and I must disagree. We had a minor issue with the cart and they came next day and picked it up and brought it back the next day, no questions asked. They have gone above and beyond and I would recommend a Gorilla Ride to anyone. I’m sure my next cart will be from them as well! Thanks all!”

I will day that it used to offer a lot more variety and cheaper souvenir options and I think they need to go back to that,as everyone cannot afford pricely gifts and.souvenirs. Go back to the way it was.,when Mr.Tom was alive. Staff is very nice and the high prices are the only thing that I can see that needs to be changed. I suggest some lower prices t- shirts and shells for everyday tourists to buy. Mr.Tom had it perfect,with a mix of stuff for all income levels. Please go back to that and you'll be great! Loved the Ice cream bar there and the picnic tables you can sit at to enjoy your ice cream. Loved the shark jaw photo opp and .there was a nice young man who offered to take our photo ( he worked there)!”

“My husband and I recently bought a townhome for our daughter. We have made many improvements over the last few weeks so we have made multiple trips to Home Depot. Tonight we went to buy a hot water heater. Thomas was so very helpful and kind. He had a young guy named Josh I believe helping him. It was wonderful watching Josh listen intently to everything Thomas was saying about hot water heaters. Thomas was not only very knowledgeable in plumbing, he also demonstrated exactly how to provide excellent customer service. Bella was very helpful when we checked out. She even helped load our truck. I’m not sure if it’s just the Home Depot’s in Jacksonville that have been so friendly and helpful lately but whoever has enforced these new changes needs a raise!”

The staff was really helpful and patiently answered all our questions to help us finding what we were looking for. He sent me countless photos of the jeep, as well as an audio clip of how well the engine sounded. I drove up from Miami anxious that I was buying a 23 year old vehicle without checking it out in person first, but when I arrived it was everything he said it was and even better. We needed to be in So Carolina for campground check in on Saturday. He was able to work us in Thursday. Repairs were starteded shortly after arriving and completed within 3 hours. My daughter tripped and was crying the gentleman came out with stickers for her she stopped crying immediately lol we bought lobster Mac and cheese which was amazing and the New York style cheesecake was excellent!!
