“Had a massive crack in my windshield from the heat this summer and after reading what a nightmare Safelite is for everyone and getting a quote for a new windshield for my F-150 ($561), I gave The Auto Glass Guy a call over the weekend and set up an appointment for Wednesday. Savino called to let me know the rain had him running slightly behind schedule, which was no problem. He got to the house a few minutes later and got straight to work. He was very professional and informative and showed me a few of the problems that can arise when windshields aren’t properly installed. He brought me a great new windshield with better tint and had it installed within 40 minutes. We’re having him back over soon to replace my roommates windshield as well and it is less for both of ours to be replaced than it was for just mine to be replaced at several other shops, including Safelite. I would highly recommend to anyone who appreciates quality work done in a timely fashion by someone who knows exactly what they are doing (and a local). This is definitely my new go to for auto glass repair and I’ll be sending friends and family to him whenever they need that kind of work done.”

They were very attentive, they answered all my questions, made me very comfortable and relaxed. This was great because I was so nervous. A special Thank you to my nurse Priscilla, she kept me relaxed and at ease and as someone with anxiety, this is not always an easy task. She assured me I had the best doctors and they would take care of me. She was so right! Thank you to Dr. Hakim for his excellent surgical skills. I have had two previous surgeries on the same knee and my pain wasn't nearly as bad as I expected it to be. He is very kind and professional. Thank you to Dr. Williams, I have always woken up nauseous and feeling horrible after having anesthesia but not this time. I woke up with minimal symptoms. He too was very kind and professional. This facility and the staff are amazing and I highly recommend going here, they will take care of you.”
