I won’t call any other RV repair person, Casey replaced our awning on our motor home after hurricane Nicole, and he has also replaced our AC when it died. He’s completely knowledgeable about RVs, and he always calls back when we needed to schedule an appt or had a question. He goes above and beyond with his work. We’ve had so many bad experiences in the past years when trying to find a good, honest, reliable repairman for our RV and finally we found one with Casey.

Casey's service was wonderful beyond belief!! Our AC went out traveling in FL 100°. He had a up and running promptly. Did what he said he was going to do. Did it well and did it timely. We can't think Casey enough.

What an amazing experience my wife and I had this past weekend, at Shore Hills Campground & RV, located in Boothbay ME. This was our first trip with our new RV. After a long 12 hour trip, I was looking forward to a nice hot shower in my new trailer, only to be disappointed when we had no hot water. I stayed up past midnight trying to trouble shoot using the owners manual -which was useless and watch numerous You Tube videos with negative results.
First thing the next morning I walked up to the office to pay for our visit, to be greeted by an amazing park manager. She made me feel like family-amazing person. After checking in and explaining my situation with my hot water heater, she stated they had an on site technician, that could assist. While talking she stated, he is walking in now.
I introduced myself to the owner of Change in Latitudes Mobil RV repair-Casey. Immediately I had a great feeling about Casey! He stated he had an appointment, to give him an hour, and he would be down to my site (41).
Well like clock work he pulled up in a hour, owning my own business I know how important it is to be punctual. After he diagnosis the situation and talked me through the whole situation, he contacted the supply house (to confirm they had the part) which was approximately 45 min away. He advised me that he had another appointment and then would go pick up the part.
Being a retired Police Officer I'm pretty good at reading people so I advised Casey we were going to venture out, but would leave the keys to the trailer with him to enter at his convenience.
During the day he called and explained that after further diagnosis that the he only needed to change the thermal cutoff fuse. His honesty was amazing. I would totally recommend Casey for all your RV needs. If your planning a trim to Maine I would recommend Shore Hills. If you have any issues with your trailer or RV, contact Casey prior to your stay and have all your repairs done while you relax in beautiful Maine.
