Changes in the office staff and updates in the contact communication systems have greatly improved patient satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised in getting such quick responses to my texts with various issues. I would highly recommend Dr Gegaj and his staff to other villagers.
Great Dr
My first visit with this office was fantastic….the best medical experience since moving to the area 3 years ago. Had an establishment appt with Devadah, the wonderful NP in the office. She was thorough and so warm and pleasant. She then brought in Dr. Gegaj so I could meet him and have him answer a question. The doctor is warm and answers questions easily. I think I have found “my medical people”.
What an experience my first appointment with Dr Gegah was and still is. The entire process is seamless, efficient, respectful and professional. As a retired Chief Nursing Officer of the largest Hospital in the Midsouth,
I'm not easily impressed with health care offices. The Office from reception to to the provider is STELLAR!
