Good clean equipment
Kept clean, at least as much as possible for a gym. Even the guy's locker room is typically clean. They've got some cool modern machines, and never too many people to get on them. A good selection of classes as well.
The weights portion downstairs is a little crowded, but as far as I can tell they've got what you need to cover all the essentials.
The Fitness Center and Pool is located in the center of campus, adjacent to the Student Center.
