  Called animal control. One of my feral cats was trapped in the engine compartment of my car. She was scared and obviously in pain. They had someone there with in 15 min. (Tony) She was great! She called a vet and 2 more officers. With in half an hour they were there. They tranquilized the cat. But her injuries were very severe to her legs. She had to be youthanized. They called the car dealership regarding how to remove belts to get cat out. I didn’t know what do. They handled the situation professionally and compassionately. They cared about the cat and myself. They even helped me bury her. I asked about payment, they stated there was no charge.
  WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF OUR ANIMAL CONTROL! Thank you so much! Molly Drumm

  They were very friendly on the phone gave me great information about a wildlife animal I knew nothing about. Since I'm from Maine.

  I live in an area that has a serious feral cat problem. I've contacted rescues about cats I've trapped and litters of kittens I've caught, and none of the rescues will help. I called animal control and they showed up with in 2 hours. Great job! Thank you for helping!
