Precise Audio

It's pretty rare that I take the time to write a Google review but I want to share my experience w/ Precise Audio. I consulted with Chris about installing a home audio system and an upgraded TV for a winter place my wife and I bought in Plantation Bay. My knowledge of home AV systems is limited. Even though Chris could have recommended more expensive options, the Sonos system he recommended was a perfect fit for the space and they moved the existing TV to a den and outfitted that TV w/ a Sonos soundbar as well. I took the time to visit Precise Audio's showroom, which is very cool and provides the customer with an opportunity to experience the system before pulling the trigger.

Precise Audio's installers (Shawn & Mitchell) were extremely professional and installed the audio system and installed or re-located three TV's (with multiple cable projects) and the project was completed in a day. Unfortunately, it's not common to see a company that puts the customer's needs first but that's what happened in connection with this project. If you're in the market for a home theatre or home audio system, you should give Precise Audio a call. Top notch professionals.

Precise Audio helped solve problems I was having with my home entertainment system.Other companies strung me along and would not take the time to address my needs, if they called me back at all. From Amber, kind and helpful voice on the phone, to Chris, who knows the definition of quality customer service - he’s THE man- to Sean, who was dispatched to my home to get the job done, they all are my home entertainment needs safety net. There aren't enough adjectives to describe how pleased I have been with my interactions with everyone at Precise Audio. My initial consultation with Jarrod made me even more excited about the possibilities available for our home entertainment project. Visiting the office to see the equipment firsthand and meeting with Chris and the other staff cemented the fact that we had chosen the right folks for this project. The actual installation was seamless and Jarrod and his team left our home cleaner than when they found it.

I have spent years piecing together a home entertainment system and I wish I had found Precise Audio sooner. They have given our family a place where we can spend quality time together.

We have had Chris and his team come to our home in the past to mount our large flat screen TV indoor. So naturally we invited them back to help design and install our outdoor entertainment area by our new pool. Chris takes the time to come out and really listen to what it is you want to achieve with your technology system. He understands costs but will not install something that you would, at some point down the road, be unhappy with. Even after the system is installed, if you have an issue, Precise Audio is quick to respond and assist you to get you up and running again! I highly recommend them for any internal or external TV/audio/internet system work. You will not be disappointed!

We have used Chris Lozano and his team at Precise Audio for all of our video and audio needs for some time now and they have done an outstanding job for us, again in our new office.

The previous tenants had left outdated and unusable data/telephone and electrical wiring through our new office but Chris quickly assessed what needed to be done. Chris was able to identify all the wiring issues, he explained all the options available for us. They showed up early every day and were able to meet our time restraints.

Chris and his team have done a meticulous job with the install of all the hardware and software for our audio and video needs. You would not have known they were even at the office, they cleaned up every work area perfectly.
