Owner called me to confirm appt. . Owner was professional yet easy to talk with. I was given a 2 hr window and appreciated the 30 min call out. Rep arrived with a friendly smile, covered shoes and was respectful of my home. Explained details n reconfirmed cost before job started. Very pleasant young man. I will certainly call them for future jobs.

Zerorez is awesome!!!! From scheduling to finishing the job Zerorez did a great job. The tech called ahead of the appointment, arrived on time, assessed the areas to be cleaned and completed the job in about an hour. We have 4 rescue cats and the amount of cat hair removed was unbelievable. Had a couple of stains that the tech made disappear as well. Best of all they use only “Green” cleaning products so there is no lingering chemical odor following the service. I would highly recommend using this business.👍👍👍👍👍

Awesome, I'm definitely keeping them in my contacts for any other cleaning needs. They did an amazing job cleaning my carpet at my house. I have a 4bed/2bath home. I am beyond and amazingly happy 😊 with their services. I would definitely recommend them and will deff use them again.

I hired these guys to clean my carpets. Communication and response time was excellent. Once they got to my place, they took the time to explain their cleaning process. We moved into a new place and the people before us clearly had a lot of animals that messed in the house with no proper cleaning so the odor is noticeable. ZeroRex made the entire process from start to finish a customers dream. I spoke with a rep via text who dispatched Tom & Jacob same day. They were polite, efficient, professional and friendly.
