(January 24, 2020, 7:32 am)I had a really great experience buying a car from Bournes! I test drove 3 different cars and I was given Carfax’s for all of them to take home. There was no pressure for me to buy at any point. They allowed me to take my final decision for an inspection, and they allowed me to make a deposit to hold the car in my name once I had made my decision. I can’t tell you the number of dealerships that wouldn’t let me inspect, wouldn’t let me make a deposit, and constantly pushed/shoved for a sale. Not these guys! Andrew was our rep/salesman and he was great to work with as well. He explained all the paperwork and allowed me plenty of time to read and sign and ask questions. I’m happy to have had such a seamless and relatively stress free experience buying a used car. Great location as well.
(December 18, 2019, 3:28 pm)Absolutely excellent experience working with Matt on purchasing a C300 from Bourne’s. I’m out of state and everything went really smooth from getting all the details I needed to decide on the car, to working with my credit union and the carrier picking up the car. Easiest car purchase I’ve done. Definitely recommend working with this dealership and with Matt.
