  Went there with a severe toothache cause the dentist couldn’t get me a appt for couple days they took me in immediately they were really caring and compassionate. Everyone the receptionist The nurses and the doctor were all polite and nice seemed to really enjoy their jobs and treating patients. I left there with a minimal amount of pain compared to when I 1st got there and they gave me enough pain medicine to get to my dentist appt. I definitely recommend going there if you need any medical issues.

  The staff members at the Natrona Heights MedExpress were wonderful. From the intake nurse, to doctor to office staff. Every one was kind and very efficient. They exhibited a level of competency that is sadly missing from traditional emergency room visits at this time. Highly recommend.

  I had a recent experience at MedExpress and wanted to share my thoughts. My child needed a quick evaluation on a sprain and we were concerned to take her here because of COVID testing and exposure to possibly "positive" people. The staff at the front desk were so kind to my family and assured us that we would be safe. Everyone was masked and treated us with great care. My daughter ended up getting treated quickly and we were out in a fairly fast period of time. I would recommend this location.

  Everyone at MedExpress from reception to the treating physicians are outstanding and true professionals. I have been there numerous times for treatment during the pandemic and was treated with the utmost care. J Natrona Heights

  I spoke with two different women. I only know the name of one. Her name is Tabatha. When you call a place of business, how someone treats you over the phone is just as important as how they treat you in person. It is also representative of the entire business. First impressions truly are lasting impressions. Both of these women made me feel important. They exemplified professionalism, courtesy, kindness, & understanding.
