No other dealerships would take us in for immediate service, except for Mercedes of Daytona. Their service manager Gabby really made sure my family was comfortable during the wait. My kids started getting anxious so they drove us to the outlets nearby. What dealership does that?!?! Unfortunately the part needed wasn't going to be available until the next day, so Gabby put us in a brand new Mercedes SUV loaner so we wouldn't miss our hotel and sightseeing reservations in Saint Augustine. They truly cared about us beyond the service of our vehicle. They even gave my boys fresh baked cookies for the ride back home. Amazing. “I had a full knee replacement 10- 16-2019. I spent 3 days in the hospital. I came to Indigo and spent 6 days here. Greta staff top to bottom. The food was very good. They keep the place clean. The thrapy staff is top notch. I had a great experience here. I will have right knee replacement done shortly and look forward to coming back.i almost went home after the surgery. “I came to Nationwide Visual with a depressed attitude because of some bad news from my doctor. I was not expecting to be entertained, professionally treated and delightfully pleased with my encounter but that is exactly what happened. You can go almost anywhere for glasses these days but many, maybe most, don’t deliver the customer service and the “personal touch” added by Jean Creak. This was a great experience and lifted my spirits considerably. What’s as important is my follow up visit to get the glasses was just as nice and my most recent visit for an adjustment (Jean suggested I do that as often as I need to but at least every couple months). Each and every time I am treated like a valued customer, although “guest” feels like a better descriptive word. Kudos to Nationwide Vision for having the good sense to hire Jean.
