As for the prior reviewer who gave them a scathing 1 star review for a $1 packing charge, this is a business (a local one that we should support) not a charity. Of course they need to charge for their resources. They paid for them (plus tent, salaries, power etc) - why should they give them away for free? Seems like they tried to help you multiple ways - you just didn't want it.

I have been a customer of A1A shipping for several years and they go above and beyond to help however they can. You won't find more personable or friendly shipping-store staff anywhere else! Highly recommended!
