  We were so impressed with their service! They we prompt and well prepared! There was 2 drivers and an EMT. They made us as comfortable as possible! We just want to thank them for making a stressful time easier!

  After my 81 year old grandma was stuck at the hospital for 30+ days her main request was getting back home to NJ. I looked around everywhere and no one was able to accommodate her as much as this company! The picked her up less than 24 hours after calling! They picked up my grandmother in Orlando FL and safely got her to NJ! Amazing people went with her making the 19 hour ride a breeze! Thank you guys!

  Our daughter was in a car accident out of state and had numerous injuries. We were unsure how we were going to get her home and are so thankful we found 1st Care Transport. From the first phone call with Joe they were so helpful and nice. They worked with our ever changing timeline and questions we were trying to find answers to.
  Ian and Vinny for pickup, were so professional and kind during our transport. They kept checking to make sure we were doing okay, and got us home quickly and safely.
  If there is ever a need for medical transportation again, they will definitely be our go to!

  I am so impressed with the quality of care provided by this company! I needed to get my father from Florida to Virginia. I spoke with Joe to set up the service and could not believe they could do it the next day (much to my relief). Ian and Bart showed up on time and ready to go. They kept me informed the entire trip and made sure my father ate. Once they arrived in Virginia, they sent me a video of my Dad. The happiness on my father’s face was priceless! They talked about cars and kept him comfortable and entertained. It could not have gone any better! Thank you so much Ian, Bart and Joe! My father is back home!
