Great customer service!
The stitching on the strap of an analog altimeter became loose after limited use. Friendly support and replacement part was received within days!
I over tightened the screws on the battery cover for my Neptune 2 and cracked it. They sent a replacement cover at no charge and I had it in less than a week.
Own two Alti-2 altimeters: Neptune2 and Atlas. Both superb products, especially the last one.
But best of all is the outstanding customer service that they provide. They sent me a free replacement for my old Neptune2 even though it broke at no fault of their own. They really do stand behind their products! I know my next altimeter will most definitely be another Alti.
