Management and staff very knowledgeable, curtious, attentive, helpful. We highly recommend Personal Mini Storage in Deland and are really pleased with our unit at their FL-11 location. Well kept facility and perfect location. And another bonus is, they are a U Haul rental affiliate. Win win!
(June 3, 2023, 9:25 pm)Facility well taken care of. One gate issue in 5 years was immediately addressed. In the course of 5 years the lock we purchased stopped functioning. Site manager not only met me right away to cut the non-functioning lock, but also brought a replacement as well. Most recently, management assisted with a last minute U-Haul rental and were so supportive when I arrived in tears (very stressful situation), which I am so grateful for.
