Great people they know their stuff and encourage you to ask questions. Always make me feel comfortable and wanted. This time I came in for a new phone and Tammy helped me out a lot. Answered all the questions, told me what's best for me and really helped me out
Arrived at metro store 121 Howland blvd greeting was given went to counter told Garson I wanted to switch carrier and within 30 minutes I left with new phone and Carrier courteous and quick
My mother in law and I went into the store @ 980 Lee Road Orlando, FL 32810. She went in there with no intentions of switching services until two weeks later. The second we walked in, Angel was amazing. He took his time to explain the deals to her, made sure that she fully understood and helped get her the best rate she could get. After he helped her pick out 4 brand new phones and was almost done, she added a 5th phone realizing that what she paid before for 4 phones was the same exact price. 5 phones later and she was extremely happy. Thanks Angel. It was a great experience.
This is my favorite store. I pass several stores near me on the 20 minutes drive it takes me to go there, but it's worth it because of the Custermor service that they provide. On top of that, they are not pushy sales people. They sell you what you want and ask you if you like or need anything else and for me that a big plus.
