The staff was amazing. They was so caring and kind, and took such good care of me. Very compassionate. Thank you to all who helped me. I highly recommend them, and I’m tough to please do these really says something!

The entire staff was nothing short of amazing! There was no wait and they made my daughter feel comfortable when she really wasn't feeling good at all. We also forgot the baby's blanket there and they called us immediately and even brought it out to us! Definitely our new go to express care for any future need!

I set up my appointment online, completed new patient forms and uploaded pictures of my dl and ins cards. When I got in the young lady at reception greeted me warmly and had completed 99% of my forms for me! David took me back and took vitals, he was kind, caring and made the process easy! I saw a nurse practioner, who was also kind and caring. A tetanus shot, antibiotics and I was on my way! Thank you for the great care!

I went online to find an urgent care, as we just moved here and I had a bug bite that swelled up. I landed on Halifax and found I could book an appointment online. They had IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENTS! I went in & the lady at the front desk was amazing! She was very friendly, we had a whole conversation about local pediatric dentists, and there was never an indication that I was bothering her - which some medical offices make it seem like that! Then the tech was so phenomenal. Again, continued with the incredible bedside manner - lots of friendly, honest, non-judgmental conversation. And finally the doctor came in and she was quick to diagnose and get me taken care of immediately. Two shots & a call to the pharmacy & my swollen bug bite is on it’s way to recovery. Halifax will be my top choice for UC for as long as I live here!! Thank you ladies!!!
