Brilliance Assisted Living ( New )

Two year Update: My 93 year old mom has been in Brilliance for almost two years now. Words cannot describe how fortunate we are to have found this ALF. Everyday I am consistently impressed with how great everyone takes care of her. I want to personally thank each and every employee for showing my mother so much compassion, attention and patience. My mother is alive today because of all of you!!!

My mom had 24 hour care before we found Brilliance Assisted Living Facility. She has been there for over 5 months and she is doing better than when she had someone with her 24 hours a day at her previous facility. She says everyone there is so nice and checks on her all the time. She loves the food and the facility is super clean. Not only is the staff so great with my mom but they are always there for me also. All I need to do is call and I can get updates on how my mother is doing. I cannot thank the staff enough for the fantastic care they give my mom and support they give to me. Also, their handling of Covi19 prevention has been exemplary.

My mom has been at Brilliance for almost a year and we could not be happier. The facility is immaculate and the staff is super. The nurse Debbie goes above and beyond to keep family informed and up to date. Even texting pictures and videos to us so we can see the activities the the residents are enjoying. My mom is extremely happy there. It has been challenging and scary with this Covid but once again Debbie and the staff go above and beyond to keep everyone safe. To this date there have been no known case! A big THANK YOU to everyone involved for treating my mom as they would treat their own.

My Mom has been in this facility for a year. It is a beautiful and very caring place. Mom started in the AL and is now in Memory Care. She loves all the staff, everyone is so sweet to her which is greatly appreciated. Debbie has done an outstanding job in keeping the residents safe during this horrific pandemic. She has set rules beyond the mandates which has kept the residents safe. These are true Heroes in my book!

My mom has been living at Brilliance Assisted Living for about two and a half years now. She absolutely loves it there. I visit frequently and I’m so happy to say that everyone is so kind to my mom. The facility is very clean and organized and professional. They have never had a single covid incident with either residents or staff and that is something to be proud of. I know that my mom is in the best hands and that’s such a relief, especially during these times.

My Mom has been a resident at this Brilliance since it opened. It is a fantastic facility and she receives terrific care. I do not worry about her there. The staff cares about her and they care about me too. They let me know when things are happening with her and are receptive when questions are asked. The facility is gorgeous and the residents seem happy there and are friendly too. I am so glad that this facility exists and that my Mom lives here.
