I was getting tension headaches in the morning from my neck and back being so tight. Since seeing Dr. Sam weekly I have not woken up with any headaches. She has helped me tremendously with my neck, back, glutes and hamstrings. Between having a job where I sit down all day, working out for years without full, proper recovery, and bad posture, she has been very thorough and exactly what I have needed for all my problem areas.

We are new to town and happened upon Dr. Sam via some recommendations from friends. I've visited chiropractors around the state for years but have never had someone as thorough, caring and holistic as Dr. Sam. She works through a number of methods to get your body ready for an adjustment. She is patient and takes the time to really listen and feel what your body needs. I'm so grateful I found her.

Dr. Samantha Bergoine is an incredibly thorough and knowledgeable chiropractor. She takes time to explain every part of your assessment, and not only incorporates chiropractic work, but also soft tissue. If you are an athlete, or someone needing chiropractic care, I highly recommend giving her a visit.

I started with Dr. Samantha for an Achilles heal tendon issue. I had been working with a physical rehabilitation doctor for over a year and the results were less than ideal. Two visits with Dr Samantha and the pain is lessening dramatically, range of motion has increased, and I feel comfortable to exercise at higher levels. She has also worked on my back and shoulders, which were out of whack due to my job. Again, pain free now and range of motion has returned to my full body. She is always making sure you are comfortable and she explains everything she is doing and why. You really need to make her a part of your whole body wellness routine.
