I did not use Ellis because per Kevin everything is ship shape! He came and we discussed the issue I have and he basically solved the problem by giving me an excellent answer to my issue! I am IMPRESSED with him and his honesty and knowledge! If I ever need a new roof I will definitely call him! I will also recommend Ellis and Kevin to everyone I know in case they ever need a roofer! I was in a panic when my homeowner's insurance sent a letter letting me know that my coverage with them was going to end. I knew that my roof was too old for a new policy and would need to be replaced but I simply did not have the funds for such a large job. I had seen advertisements for Ellis Roofing and a family member who was using them said that they offer to finance. I contacted them and spoke with John. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me. I received an estimate promptly as well as the information about financing. My roof was done fairly quickly and for a great price. Out of the five estimates, we decided Ellis Roofing & Sheet Metal LLC was professional, knowledgeable, informative, prompt and competitively priced. The beginning of our new roof install, a crew removed the shingles and installed the underlayment in half a day. The crew was professional, courteous and cleaned up the surroundings as best as possible. A few days later, the Metal crew custom fitted a new metal roof in two days' time. Please keep in mind, this is construction. There will be noise, dirt, debris and issues. During the entire process, Kevin was a phone call away for scheduling, installation questions, or issues. Rest assured, either Kevin himself or John (business associate) would respond in person to the matter. We can't rate them high enough. Ellis Roofing was a pleasure to "work" with and I highly recommend them.
