Have used several times this year, happy each time for each service. My old mechanic retired so I had to find a new one. I had problems with my ac and I thought they only did AC here-but I found out they do all types of service, which is great. I decided to get an estimate from 2-3 places on what I needed and the other 2 wanted to charge around 150.00 diagnosis charge that would not be credited towards work. Tropical Auto Air said bring it in, no charge to diagnose. So I did. Dawn was super nice and clearly knows details on the mechanics of what your car needs. I'm impressed with her knowledge and awareness of the actual problem and it's fix. Not just a service manager. They fixed that first problem for less than one other estimate and that one also had the diagnosis fee. But I was trying to find my next permanent mechanic. Dawn and Tropical Auto Air is now my go to place. I've been treated fairly and had very good service with them taking my vehicle in on short notice and diagnosing and fixing it quickly and for what i felt was a fair price. Their mechanics seem knowledgeable. I am a pretty handy guy myself and can do some of these things myself, but I often don't have time, so I entrust it to them. They have not let me down yet through several mechanical and two vehicles with ac compressor replacement. They also warranty work, i noted ac in one was not seeming as cool, they said bring it in tomorrow, checked it out. No run around, and even though we didn't find anything then, they said when it acts up bring it right in so we can analyze when it seems to be having problems. Most places can't/don't get to you as quickly as here does, so far in my experience. So knowledgeable people, quick/good service has earned my business. I recommend them.

My Kia AC has been getting warmer every week. On my way to Orlando stopped by here to see if they could charge it up. Estimated diagnostic and Freon about $115ish. They took me right in and 20 minutes later they said freon is fine but the AC fan wasn't working. They'll order and I'll be able to bring in next week. No Charge! See you next week! This is a great hometown mom and pop business. I'll update this review next week after the fan is in and AC is blowing cold again.

There's one other review here with one star. It made me curious why the guy has one review only and it's to knock this place. They've been here for over 20 years and only one review. Some disgruntled ex-employee had to mess with this business google maps and delete it. Just saying
