Very friendly service, building is in good location, need some updates, tv has good 100+ channels, pool outside never used it in 5days staying, clean sheets and towels, did not find any insects inside,windows are old , noise from highway need to have you window air conditioning on so you can sleep, highway get busy early morning, price is very decent, convenient stores and restaurants around lees than a mile

My husband and I stayed here for the first and we loved it. First time we came to this area we fell in love. The owners of Carter's are wonderful. We are even wanting to buy a home in the park. Lots of restaurants within a few miles. Must visit Flagler Ave for shops, restaurants and fun night life and direct access to the beach. Very short drive to Daytona as well. Great place to enjoy during bike week. Great boat ramp at Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge for a $10.00 fee.

We visit several times a year, and we love Carter's Motel. The owners are great, and the staff is so helpful. We recently staeyd in a cottage for two weeks. The cottages are so nice. They are clean and more spacious than a hotel room. The housekeeping staff, especially Kelly, was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! We love Florida, and will continue to stay at Carter's when we visit! Thanks to the owners, Chris and Summer!
