The Beacon at New Smyrna Beach

I would like to give a huge shout out to the new property manager, Philip. He has really turned things around at the beacon, and it has definitely been noticed. The grounds are looking better, he is addressing issues with the residents that the last manager, never addressed, he simply is doing a stellar job. I was on the verge of wanting to break my lease, but because of him and the team, I am excited to stay and I am looking forward to renewing it next year with a bigger unit!

Magnificent experience, full of energy, plus a friendly atmosphere, great food, and people. Can’t wait for the next event!! Absolutely love living at The Beacon of New Smyrna Beach !!!

I moved here a year ago from Dallas and I love it! Only 5 miles from the beach. Perfect distance from everything you need. Awesome office staff and service. Maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly in my unit and on site. Great amenities, especially the fully equipped gym! Great neighbors too! I'm very happy here and didn't think twice about resigning my lease!

I moved to New Smyrna Beach 2 years ago and never really felt like I belonged here. About a month ago, on a whim, I decided it was time to up level my life. Thirty minutes later I was touring the property with Sheri, the Assistant Property Manager. As she walked me through the amenities and talked about valet trash, work spaces, and many other perks, I was starting to get excited. Since I am a pool person, they really had me at “resort pool” but once I walked into my first Beacon kitchen, granite countertops and island, farm sink and a full size stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, I was sold. I met Travis, the Property Manager, when I came to choose my actual floor plan. Travis and Sheri are a dream team of professionals ,making sure that they understand your needs, wants and your budget to help you get the exact right apartment. I have been here a couple of weeks now and I have never been happier. This is a friendly and engaging community where neighbors introduce each other and invite you join the fun. I feel like I have finally found my home. I credit Sheri with being the heart of this community. She introduces you to everyone when you are touring and then tells us that the residents are friendly and welcoming. We’re all just following her lead. So, if you’re looking for an apartment in Paradise, come on down while there are still apartments to rent. See you poolside.
