If you have not tried The Baker's Table, do it today! We decided to try it on a whim a few Saturdays ago. I had been seeing their pictures of some fantastic looking doughnuts on Instagram. We called ahead and made sure that they could sit us. (Reservations are highly recommended for dinner) We arrived around 5:30 PM. From the minute we walked in, it was warm and inviting. My companion loves pretzels and decided to get one of their warm, soft pretzels. He is a true pretzel aficionado and thought it was one of the best he'd ever eaten. I went for the summer salad - argula, watermelon, goat cheese with balsamic dressing. It was very crisp and refreshing. I loved it. We picked two entrees - Basil Ricotta Gnocchi and the Filet Mignon. Both were great but I do think the gnocchi was the best. We took dessert to go and the Italian Lemon Cake and the Key Lime Cheesecake were both heavenly. The restuarant is small and a bit out of the way but worth every penny and minute of your time. We plan to stop by for brunch soon to grab some of those Limoncello doughnuts.
The food here is always delicious. They do a brunch on Sunday that is totally worth going to. Their homemade doughnuts are awesome! If you don't try anything else... try the doughnuts :)
Good service..good food..nice atmosphere
I would give it six stars if I could. We both had the prime rib and it was cooked to perfection. I had the escargot and they were plump and tender. The bread and butter gave you a good idea of what was to come. The carnal sea salt cheese cake for dessert was fabulous. Our waiter Kelly was a delight. Good job.

The Baker's Table... uuuuummmm, what a treat! Definitely a gem of the area. Had a croissant heartattack! I try to go to the Baker's Table every Saturday. We usually get a sandwich from the sandwich bar and some strawberries tarts from the baked goods section.
