The condo itself is spotless, well-equipped, and feels like a home away from home. The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise or unwinding after a day in the sun, this place is pure perfection.

Oceania Beach Club #104 is a beautiful space with the best possible views in NSB. Upgraded and comfortable. Lots of nice little extra touches.Wiuld definitely stay here again.

This was our fourth year spending multiple weeks in Silver Linings unit 603 of Oceana Beach Club/Plaza, New Smyrna Beach, Fla. Not sure where to begin! We love this beautiful Condo on the beach!! It’s a perfectly charming apartment! The decor is lovely and welcoming and is well supplied with everything we needed for cooking and beaching. Its proximity to a multitude of quaint shops and a large variety of eating options, not to mention the beach make it uniquely walkable and relaxing. The pool is very nice, the staff is helpful and courteous and the shared facilities are convenient and well maintained. Sitting on the beachside balcony sipping a cocktail, after a day at the beach, bike riding or shopping feels pretty darned heavenly!!! We will certainly be back.

Everything about this condo at New Smyrna beach is excellent! It is clean, up to date and has everything needed for a fabulous stay! It has every convenience of home. The view of the sunrise was beautiful from the balcony this morning! The owner Tim and his staff at the front desk are so kind and accommodating to answer any questions. It’s a home away from home.
