  Amazing stay at this hotel! We had a mess up with the registration through hotwire, ended up with the wrong day and they let us move it up a day to when we showed up! That's great customer service that they worked it through with us! Christina helped us out with the whole ordeal and made it super easy for everything! (Thank you so much!)
  We WILL definitely be staying here again!
  Beautiful rooms and beautiful asthetic across the whole facility! Right on the beach, great pool and awesome chill area with glass fire pits.
  Also shout out to Gavin for helping us out and taking our picture against the awesome wave wall!

  This hotel is perfect for the area. It is very nice and has a great beach vibe. The rooms are very nicely decorated, and the decor is recent since the hotel is fairly new. The staff is top-notch; very friendly and attentive. There are some minor annoying quirks and a few missed opportunities. We also had an issue with our room (though resolved well). However, the greatest concern lies with their lack of security.
  Our trip was a family trip with some friends for the Memorial Day weekend. The town was very busy, and so was the property.
  The hotel was able to accommodate us with a bit of an early check in which was nice. However, once inside our room we noticed an unmistakable odor. To me it smelled like a pet, but the hotel is not pet friendly so it could have been a service animal or a sneak in pet. In any case, even if there was no pet the room was not fresh smelling.
  We immediately notified the staff, and they provided us with every reasonable option right away. No other rooms were available in our type, so housekeeping sprayed some freshener. When that did not do the trick they shampooed the carpets while we were away for dinner. That worked, so the issue was resolved. Their responsiveness was impressive and appreciated.
  A minor issue we noticed were that the TV's could be bigger for the room size. They look like 40 or 46 inch screens, so it seemed small for the suite. Also, the lobby/breakfast area is limited in size, but there are several tables on on outside patio. These patio tables have no umbrellas which is quite unfortunate when the sun is rising at breakfast time.
  There is a very nice bar that serves adult drinks and a full menu of coffee beverages; nice touch for the hotel type. But one huge missed opportunity seems to be on the pool deck. The place was packed when we were there, and poolside service seems like it would have been a boon for them. Which leads me to my final and most important issue: the lack of security.
  Beach and pool access is only allowed with a room key, but security for the gates is laughable. Anyone can simply reach their hand over and depress the bar to enter, which everyone did since it was even easier than using your room key. But this also allows anyone to enter the property, and nobody ever checked to see if people were actually guests. We met several folks at the very busy pool who admitted that they were not staying at the property. And since breakfast time is so popular, there is nothing preventing passersby from helping themselves. We paid top dollar for an oceanfront room, and we were happy to do so; but we don't want to fund the vacations of others. For this reason alone, there is no way to justify a five star rating.

  This place is awesome, love the location and close to the good eats and convienient stores! Me and my wife took an adventure to lifeguard tower late night to watch the stars and waves!! She got to see a shooting star but i missed it!

  We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with friendly staff members. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and our suite had a lovely view of the ocean. Great pool right on the beach! It was perfect for our wedding weekend. The breakfast was included and it was very good as well. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I thought the room rates were very expensive. Even with a group discount, the rates were higher than I was anticipating. That said, the hotel was wonderful and we would definitely stay again!

  Great hotel. Perfect location in New Smyrna Beach. Friendly staff. Clean. Nice heated pool. Breakfast included. The view from our balcony couldn’t be better - ocean and New Smyrna Beach shops and restaurants.
